- Colors and designs may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our pottery and display settings.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.
- Shipping within Karachi is charged at a flat rate of Rs 500 per order. Delivery charges to other cities depend on the weight of the product and the rates provided by our shipping partner, Daewoo. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to view available shipping rates or feel free to contact us for further details.
5. Shipping
- We ship nationwide.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be at your doorsteps in 2 weeks if delivering in Karachi and 3 weeks in all the other cities.

- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
- Items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
