1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at potsnpottery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at potsnpottery@gmail.com.
5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged on arrival).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized pottery
- Items purchased with discounted coupons
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
