- We offer nationwide delivery. As we are based in Karachi, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 500 applies to all orders. Delivery charges to other cities depend on the weight of the product and the rates provided by our shipping partner, Daewoo. 2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Standard shipping cost is a flat rate of Rs 500 per order within Karachi.

6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- For lost shipments, please contact us if you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time.
We will work to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
